The Best Western Premier Calgary Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre offers the second largest hotel meeting space and is one of the largest meeting venues in Calgary. Our versatile event space is over 30,000 square feet spanning into 18 individual meeting rooms, all located on the main floor. We can accommodate your meeting anywhere between 2 to 1,100 people in our event spaces.
In addition to the standard main loading area, both our Plaza Ballroom and Premier Ballroom are equipped with direct receiving/load-in doors, making your loading of trade show exhibits, large product equipment, or even vehicle display, effortless to facilitate. The large foyer area is perfect for additional show booths, or break out areas. All meeting spaces also have access to complimentary Wi-Fi connections, remote lighting control, business centre, and on-site audiovisual support.
