between June 9, 2008 and June 1, 2009. Each ballot increases your chance to
win 1 of 20 car keys. One of those lucky keys will drive away with a new

“WHEELIE BIG DEAL” RULES:
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to be eligible to enter. Earn addition ballots through the next year each time you stay in a guestroom or book an event into The Coast Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre, between June 9, 2008 and June 1, 2009. Entries must be completed and received on or by the closing date of the draw. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of Coast Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre (CPHC). The chances of winning are solely dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. CPHC is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Entries received by telephone, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted.
- The contest is open to Canadian citizens, of age of majority. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of CPHC., its contest sponsor, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
- The contest start date is June 9, 2008 at 16:00 MNT. On-site hotel entries must have been received by closing time on June 1, 2009 16:00 MNT.
- Prize is not exactly as shown, not redeemable in cash, and must be accepted as awarded.
- Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.
- By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which CPHC may deem appropriate.
- In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that CHPC may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
- The person(s) whose name(s) is drawn as being the winner(s) of the specific prize will be required to answer a skill-testing question before the prize is awarded to them.
- Detailed contest rules applicable to this contest, including contest entry dates, how to enter, and prize value, number and any restrictions applicable to these prizes are available upon request from CPHC.
- Winner must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by CPHC acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules.
- CPHC reserves the right to withdraw, terminate or modify all or any part of this contest, if for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, including technical failure or corruption, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, error, legal proceedings and/or any risk thereof, or any cause beyond the control of CPHC which, in the opinion of CPHC., affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest.
- No responsibility will be taken for any failure of the website, www.calgaryplaza.com during the promotion of the contest or for any problems or technical (hardware, software, network, telephone or other) malfunction or failure, or not received in whole or part by CPHC. The CPHC reserves the right, but has no obligation to select winners at random from all registered entrants at the time of such impairment.
